Growing Up White and Muslim in America

Growing Up White and Muslim in America was a short film featured on the Hulu variety show I Love You America with Sarah Silverman. 

 

The short, written and performed by Muslim comedian Ahamed Weinberg, featured both live action and animation. Ahamed produced and directed the live action portions and I stepped in to produce and direct the animated portions.

 

My primary contributions, beyond creative directing the animation, included assembling and supervising the animation team, storyboarding, animatics, painting backgrounds, final compositing and clean up.
